System Support Engineer

Location: Argentina

Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities:

Perform 3rd level analysis of incidents sent via a notification system within the SLA parameters agreed with the client.
Request and organize R&D and SE support for high priority incidents.
Develop and implement workarounds for defects to maintain systems in operations.
Perform preventive maintenance activities and monitor the systems in operation to ensure availability and stability.
Organize and monitor change and hot fix deployments into systems in operations.
Communication interface between customer, 2nd line support and PMO.
Perform 3rd level analysis of incidents sent via a notification within the contractual SLA parameters by reproducing the defect, reviewing the code or checking the database.
Request support for further analysis if necessary.
Keep contact to 2nd Level support and customer to clarify the incident / problem and inform about current status.
Request and organize support for high priority incidents using the escalation processes.
Develop and implement workarounds for defects to maintain systems in operations.
Communicate defects and change requests using the defined tools and processes and monitor the completion of the tasks.
Define and perform preventive maintenance activities to monitor the system health, organize appropriate measures in case of deviation.
Monitor and report system stability and availability.
Organize and monitor change and hot fix deployments into systems in operations
Communication interface between customer and 2nd line support using the defined communication tools and processes.
Develop in C# or .NET
 
Your profile
Knowledge of software analysis and programming techniques.
Knowledge of aspects of the software engineering process.
Knowledge of software Integration & Testing techniques and tools.
Knowledge of: SQL Server, C# o .NET.
Passion for software programming.
Ability to research and apply learning’s to daily work.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet scope, budget and deadlines.
Mindset for efficiency, productivity and creativity.
Analytical mindset.
Flexibility and willingness to travel.
Advanced oral and written English.
