Your responsibilities
The Vice President of Solution Management Tolling defines the Tolling Solutions and Products Portfolio and manages its entire lifecycle in close collaboration with the Regions and Solution Consulting.

She/He also directly manages a team of Product and Solution Managers. Moreover she/he permanently liaises with the other Solution Centres in order to identify synergies and opportunities for transversal innovation and is the primary contact point for the Regions in terms of baseline definition, market analysis and strategic positioning.  
 
  • ​​​​​​​​​​Heading the Solution Management Team
  • Delivery of baseline Products and Solutions on time and on budget
  • Overall solution strategy planning and strategic market analysis
  • Competition analysis for the tolling market
  • Develop and implement solution business plans
  • Work out concepts for new use cases and solution launch plans
  • Ensure professional market intelligence and define marketing activities
  • Participate in budget and strategy deployment process
  • Build strong relationships with strategic partners
  • Present at conferences, fairs and in stakeholder associations
  • Ensure all aspects of sales enablement for the Regions
Your profile
  • Completed technical and/or economic education
  • Ideally a profound understanding of innovative tolling solutions and the intelligent transport systems market
  • Experience in area of the communication technology and solutions
  • Good understanding of strategies and industry / technology trends combined with the visionary outlook
  • Experience in solution and product solution management as well as in project management
  • Natural authority with excellent leadership, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to integrate people and to work in a team in a cooperative manner
  • Well-developed strategic thinking, analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with strong willingness to be in a “driver’s seat”
